“Matte Grey Jeep Wrangler by Kahn Design

British tuner Kahn Design is a huge fan of the Jeep Wrangler. They have a long line of different upgrade packages available for the American off-roader, and the latest to join the family is an exquisite matte grey model. This treatment is available for both three and five-door models.

What Kahn does to the Wrangler is designed to retain and possibly even enhance the off-road capabilities of the vehicle, while making it look prestigious and cool like a Range Rover.

So on the outside, they fit the Jeep with many designer items including brake calipers, color coded side rear panels, door handles, body color door mirrors, fuel filler cap, headlamps – smoked, horizontal LED daytime running lights, door entry sill plates in stainless steel, military smoked headlamps and side repeaters, privacy tinted glass, rear sections, and rear wheel.

Another part of the package is the 9 x 20-inch Kahn RS wheels finished in smoked black to match the exterior color. As always, the interior treatment is bespoke to the customer, but on this particular vehicle, Kahn has gone for a two-tone black and orange quilted leather upholstery.

2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee “Chip Away” Commercial [Video]

“Jeep is currently in the midst of a refresh process, with the carmaker having introduced the new Grand Cherokee earlier this year, as the Detroit Motor Show and having recently presented the fresh Cherokee.

The two SUVs obviously also need commercials and we’re here to show you the latest ad for the Grand Cherokee. This is called “Chip Away” and we have to tell you that it is rather uninspiring.

Nevertheless, the footage does offer us a few scenes that see the Grand Cherokee being put though its paces off the road, so it is worth your time.

We’ll remind you that the biggest change brought by the 2014 model is the adoption of a 3.0-liter EcoDiesel V6 powerplant for the North American market. The three-liter unit, which delivers 240 hp and a peak torque of 420 lb-fr (Nm), works with a new eight-speed automatic transmission.”
